Joey Monfort - Athlete Spotlight

FRUITLAND, Md. – When it comes to lacrosse, conditioning is a must. If there’s one athlete that doesn’t need to get told that message it’s Joey Monfort.

The WiHi grad has taken his lacrosse game to the collegiate level, tearing up the field at Catawba College.
